3.1.1. Instructions for the settlement
Circle.ms accepts credit card payment, convenience store payment, bank transfer(Pay-easy).
Please note that Circle.ms cannot accept some payments depend on the type of events or mail order products.
Circle.ms basically do not accept any cancellation of application(of events, mail order)that passes the payment completion.
When cancellation of the application after its payment completion occurs due to a server trouble,
Circle.ms will refund after the handling charge(1,000yen) has been deducted.
To receive refund, please prepare your bank account as Circle.ms will refund via bank transfer.
A brifef description about each payment method is introduced in the chapter 3.
3.1.2. Notes for credit card payment
- In the credit card settlement, if the credit card account holder's name is more than 10 characters
, you don't have to finish up its name. Input the first 10 characters.
-If an error occurs during the credit card settlement, please refer to the credit card company about
details such as the situation of utilization and its expiration date.
Note: Be sure to contact to the credit card company about the credit card situation
as there are many other problems that don't appear on the usage details of the credit card.
